These terms apply to a business invited to the Socienne design partner preview. You accept them on your invitation page. These terms are not legal advice.

A private preview

• The preview is private and by invitation only. It is an early alpha and beta release.
• Socienne is provided as is, with no guarantee of any kind.
• There is no service level. Socienne sets no uptime, response time or fix time. Features can change or stop at any time.
• The preview has no fee. These terms state no price, no refund and no future price.
• The preview is for business use only.
• The person who accepts these terms confirms they can bind the business named on the invitation.

No promise of a result

Socienne reminds; it does not advise. It is not a bank, a payment processor, a lawyer, a tax preparer or an auto-filer. It promises no outcome, no filing and no deadline met. A reminder can be late, wrong or missing. You check every date and every filing against its official source.

Liability

Zentered Studios LLC accepts no liability for the preview, limited to the extent the law allows.

Features that stay off

These features stay off for your business until the listed work is done. You agree to start before then.

• Mail: deleting a business's mail in one tested step (#583), routing of unroutable mail (#643), and mail key constraints (#1034).
• Social: connecting LinkedIn from a forwarded link (#509).
• Invoicing and month end: recording of unknown sends (#488) and the test-send pin (#508).
• Expenses, invoicing, agreements and mail: upload and mail probes (#1038).

Your data

You own your data. /privacy says how Socienne handles it. The general /terms also apply where they do not conflict with this page.

Leaving

You may leave at any time. Write to hello@socienne.com. Ending access follows /terms.
